phone will some times shut down after taken off charger totally . i once had to take sim card out before to restart it . this phone has been nothing but problems any ideas on how to fix this HELP...
Next time it does it, try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone.
