my Iphone 5 is stuck on album artwork mode in music and wont go back to the normal screen any ideas? also i am trying to cancel a line on my account and i don't know how, can anybody help me out please?
Don't fret any longer, matthewThomas!Normally, a soft reset http://bit.ly/10zN7zE is what is needed to get the phone out of a frozen screen setting. Did that happen to work for you? I'm sure we can help you get that line canceled. Just so you know, that is a dreaded word around here. Is there any particular reason why you want to cancel it?
