I bought this phone for my mother and she received it April 9. She had a brain anurysm burst on April 11 and was in the hospital for over 3 weeks. Now that she awake and able to make and receive phone calls, she finds the phone difficult to use. I tried contacting customer service about an exchange (within 28 days later) and they said sorry your 14 days started the day the phone was ordered, not received, and they are over. I was promised a call back by a supervisor which I never recieved. I am absolutley disgusted by the way we were treated, especially after being customers for over 10 years. I am contemplating paying the fee to cancel verizon altogether. My mother has been through enough, she does not need the frustration of learning a new phone that is difficult to use and that she is unable to manipulate.
