JB update issues with charging

Ever since the JB update, not only has my phone been extremely slow, but it won't charge past 80%. I've tried clearing apps and resetting my phone, and I've checked the charging cable to make sure there weren't any problems. I'm not sure what else I can do.

Your efforts are greatly appreciated, let's get this figured out! Have you recently downloaded any new applications since completing the update? Have you had a chance to try a different charger in an attempt to identify the culprit? Try placing your device in safe-mode and while in safe-mode, place your device on the charger and check to see if your device charges to 100%. Here are the steps:http://vz.to/rxg0ii. Have you done a F.R. a Factory Reset on your Razr if Not i would run it through one the J.B. OS was a big one and there many changes that came with it So i would give the suggestion a Try..
