I purchased one of the top of the line phones, Motorola Razormaxx. My phone dropped and I had to get a replacement phone, which Verizon said was a new device in the box. I began having issues with less signal of 4 bars instead of full bars I used to get. Now I usually get 0-3 bars most of the time, anywhere, and now I don't get any bars a lot. I took the first phone replacement into Verizon who told me it might be defective, and it was replaced with another "new" phone. I still had problems with the signal, dropping calls, and took it to Verizon. They said it is a good device, and this is the type of service that is normal. I said the phone does not perform as it should, and the signal coverage is terrible. I'm looking for another carrier, and wonder if they did this on purpose so I will leave because I still have the unlimited data plan.
