iPhone 4s does not vibrate

I have an iPhone 4s that stopped vibrating a few days ago. I have checked settings -> Sounds to make sure that vibrate is ON. I have also tried an app like iBrate to check if vibration works. No success. Any other approach that has worked for anyone? Thanks

Perhaps removing an app that is trying to control this function can be tried with the following. Do you have the DND enabled? Use this link to disbable and retest the device. Keep me posted!
