I recently switched from Android to the Iphone 5.. I had backed up all my contacts via back up plus from the verizon website but the iphone will not sync from the web!! Any thoughts on how I can get my contacts into my iphone???

You can alternatively back up your Android contacts to the SD card and transfer them to your PC, next transfer the contacts from your PC to your iPhone as per these directions: How to transfer Android contacts to iPhone?
