Since you are not a customer of Verizon Wireless, you have an expensive paperweight.

I dont customer of Verizon. My seller asked me about this phone unlock. But it dont activeted on itunes. Her husband turned into the office and told him that he had unlocked. But it is not. You either have to wait?

Verizon will not unlock the phone for you since you are not a customer.

Your best course of action would be to try selling it to someone who could use it in order to get your money back.
