Insurance?

Hi,

Recently the volume/ speaker on my iPhone stopped working, so I went to the apple store where they replaced it no problem. The question I have is I bought insurance when I bought the original phone, now that I have a different iPhone will that coverage transfer over to this phone??

While I'm glad to learn that you were able to stop by an Apple store and receive a replacement for your volume/speaker woes, you raise a great question about insurance.



Given that your device would have been replaced under the manufacturer's warranty for a defect, your current features like insurance will not change nor be removed for your line. So, it will carry over. I hope this helps!
