In Europe and cannot connect with a cell phone network!!

Need help getting my iPhone 5 to connect to any network in Munich or Kufstein, Austria. My account is in good standing and I have a discount calling plan in place for international calls. My prior Blackberry was no problem but nothing with the iPhone.

I NEED IT TO WORK! HELP!

Call this toll-free number below as found on the second link B33 sent you. When you put your Verizon/Vodafone SIM card in your iPhone, did you call to have it activated (requires reading off the number to the rep over the phone)? I had to do that when I switched my SIM from one phone to another.
