i see you have the storm.. you need to go to
options,
advanced options,
applications,
go down to songid (it should be bold)
make sure it is highlighted but do not click it,
hit the blackberry (menu) button,
chose edit
and make sure that all of the options are set to
ALLOW, not custom. then save it and it will work.
