Fixed "new Multi-window broken upgrade" with Factory Reset

Guys, I had it all. Disconnecting 3G/4G and vanishing mobile data. Low volume on my notifications, Text messages taking 9 minutes to send. Phone freezing and sputtering like crazy. Battery levels dropping 30% in 2 hours.

I want to try this before I send mine back in. Just got a replacement. I dont understand what you mean when you state "formatting the user data and the cache". How do you do that?
