Turn on sequence repeating

My droid razr was already on and I was in the middle of using it when it proceeded to turn on, as if it was off. All of my notifications were gone and my progress in my app that I was using was lost. Essentially it is going through the turn on sequence when it is already on, on its own.

Sounds like you have a app that's misbehaving. You could try clearing cache and dalvik cache first. If that doesn't work, you might need to delete the most recently installed apps until you have fixed the problem.
