Is anyone else having issues accessing the photo gallery? Once I open the gallery and choose an album or pic to automatically closes.
Vanna012001, accessing your pictures should be hassle free! I've not had this problem with my device, but let's see what is going on.Do you get a force close error message or does it just close on its own? I am having similar issue with my picture gallery on Samsung Galaxy S4. It locks up then after about a minute or two I get a prompt saying gallery is not responding and asks if I want to wait or close. Gallery first started having problems on 7-7-13. After doing a lot of research on the internet seems a lot of people having same issue which seems to have started about mid june. Just did a software update to phone today 7-11-13 and rebooted. Update did not fix issue.
