Looking at doing a factory reset on my droid razr but need to know if i should backup my sd cards first. Procedures say that phone and sd cards will be erased. If that is the case how do I reload everything onto the phone after it is set back to factory settings. Also will I have to go out and update the OS or will the phone automatically do that. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
