My phone was stolen and I had insurance with Asurion. I paid the $170 or whatever fee to get a "new" phone. I got it yesterday and my first thought was this phone looks old and dirty. I then discovered it is refurbished. There was dirt in the all the cracks I had to clean out with my fingernail. Disappointed in Asurion insurance and disappointed in Verizon for allowing it to happen or using a company that does that. I am sure I could have gotten a refurbished phone online for what I paid them for the deductible so I think the insurance is a waste.
