How do I use 1100 megs when mifi is turn off and unplugged ? how do i learn if some one is on my network

I'd advise you to add a security password to your MiFi. Once you add a security password, no one can use your connection without the password. This will prevent any unauthorized usage.

To add a password follow the steps below:

1. Access the Verizon Wireless MiFi 2200 administration page. (Launch a web browser then navigate to 192.168.1.1. then enter the password then click Login. The default password is admin.)
2. From the Security drop-down menu click Password.
3. Enter the Current Password, New Password and Verify New Password then click Apply.
