I have 4G and all my contacts were uploaded onto my phone, but I can't call out. I remember going through this problem when I got my MAXX the first time. Just forgot what I am supposed to do.
Is the phone activated? Is there a valid SIM card in the phone? You said this is a replacement phone - is the other phone turned off? Can you receive calls? How about text messaging, does that work at all?
