We have been Verizon wireless customers for over a decade. About 2 months ago, our reception at home suddenly became very poor - little to no reception, sometimes you can get through on a call, but it's choppy. Once in a while you can stand in one spot, and if you're lucky and don't move an inch, you may get about one minute of reception before things start breaking up. Calls drop continuously. We have not changed anything - have not gotten new devices in almost a year, obviously haven't moved. I'm so frustrated! I obviously can't call Verizon to ask about it because our phones don't work well enough. I can't find answers on the website, and there is never anyone available to ask. I'm just directed to FAQs and other unhelpful things. We went into the local Verizon store and they ran an update on the phone, but it didn't help. Other than that, they told us it was a network issue and there was nothing they could do. We don't really want to invest in a land line, but obviously need to have some sort of reliable phone service, and Verizon isn't that right now. Please help! Or at least tell me how to contact someone VIA EMAIL OR ONLINE who can assist.
