Network unlock code for International Use

Well when i put the sim in my motorola driod 3 model xt862 , it shows popup message to enter Network unlock code ...... well i am here in Islamabad and want to use this mobile here in pakistan. SO any body can help me in providing the unlock code ? i am looking for kind response from any verizon customer support representative or noble person who can help me in getting this unlock code from verizon ...please contact me on my email for IMIE or any other detail

Are you a current Verizon Wireless customer? Do you meet the requirements for requesting the SIM unlock from Verizon Wireless for the device?

If not, we will be unable to aid in setting your device up for international use.
