My "Menu" and "Back" buttons stopped working on my phone. They don't light up or vibrate anymore. It's like they're not there at all. Has anyone else had this problem? I cannot find ANYTHING on the internet about this. I just got the phone about 3-4 weeks ago. I will probably have to take it back to the store I bought it from and hope the warranty covers this. It's never been dropped or has received any water damage. I'm stuck!
