Can't send pix messages from my Samsung Convoy 2. At all.

I've been trying for the last week to send pix messages again. I had no trouble for a year, and suddenly, I just won't send pix messages. Pic included or not, it just refuses. I've reset EVERYTHING and done literally everything I can think of and it just won't.

Any help?
