I am having problems receiving text messages. I do not seem to be getting all of the texts sent to me. Any idea why???
Have been having the same issues for quite awhile. Thought it was my older phone (HTC Thunderbolt) or my daughter's droid phone, but having same issue with my iPhone 5 occasionally. When I reboot my phone and the person that was sending me texts or couldn't receive my texts reboot theirs, then we can send/receive. This happens occasionally, so it is hard to tell when we are missing texts unless someone calls or comes to us in person and says... did you get my text? When this happens, it seems that only my verizon contacts cannot receive my texts (or me receive theirs). I get texts from non verizon contacts just fine. What's going on??
That is exactly what is happening to me. I will not receive my husbands texts and he is a Verizon customer. He has an iPhone 5. How do we fix this problem?

Having the same problem... Having it on this cellphone and on my privious cell the Samsung Stratosphere... I thought it was the processor on the stratosphere not being able to handle apps and signal, but it's still a problem on my S4 =l
And when I shut off my phone, for work/class, I don't get 50% of the messages sent in the time it was off =l
