Accidentally deleted my downloads folder. Can I recover?

I have the Droid Razr HD. I selected two pics in the Downloads folder and pressed delete. Instead of just those pics being deleted the entire folder was. I don't have an SD card just the internal memory. I had months of collected pics in the folder. Is there any way of recovering?

prelude38, valuable pictures are worth a 1000 words. I apologize that once you've deleted a photo in your device, we are unable to retrieve it. However, have you saved this picture online at Backup Assistant? http://vz.to/WNJMeV I recommend that you access your online picture and messaging portal online to verify if any of your photos have been saved. Keep us posted.

To be clear, this folder was part of my Gallery with the other folders, Camera, Messaging, Shared & Pictures.

This I really don't know for sure. The phone can be set back to factory and that will get your folder back. However I very much doubt the photos and such are recoverable. That is why its important to remove them to another media in case things like this happen.

There may be an app in the Google Play Store that might restore all, so try looking for an app first before you restore your device.

I would type in file and folder restore on android phones.
