Hi SYLLIE957. I know you're anxious to enjoy all your phone's great features. I do hope you've been able to unfreeze your phone using the suggestion from tikibar1. Pressing and holding the volume down and power button for about 30 seconds is a fantastic idea. Since your phone doesn't have a removable battery, this is the next best thing and will reset the device without deleting your information. Just like rebooting a computer or removing a battery from other phones.
