Hello, I am Sourabh from India, I am using the Samsung Galaxy S3 16 GB Pebble Blue Color.I dont have Verizon as my Carrier.Plese tell me how to update my phone to latest version.

my base band version is I535VRBLK3 and android version is 4,1,1.

Please tell me how to update my phone and i am not able to reach verizon customer care also to solve my problem

If you do not have a Verizon account I doubt if Verizon or this forum will be of much help.  Your best bet is to:

1. Do a Google search for sites that offer help and instructions on flashing/loading operating systems/ROMs onto a Galaxy S3.
2. Contact Samsung and see if they can help.
3. Visit a cellphone shop in India and have them flash the latest OS/Radio software onto your phone for a small fee.
