Unlock SIM Europe

Hello,

I live in Belgium.

Recently I bought a second hand Iphone 4S, which appeared to be a Verizon Iphone.

I was wondering if there was a way to fix the phone so it would accept belgian (european) SIM cards.

In other words is there a way to let it function in a normal way on this side of the ocean?

The phone needed to be unlocked by the Verizon Wireless customer while it was still active on their account.

Since you are not a customer of Verizon Wireless, you do not qualify for the unlock approval.  I would suggest selling the phone to someone in the USA that can use it and you purchase an unlocked version.
