Item purchased 6/26/13. For no apparent reason, the phone went dead. It has neither been dropped nor fallen in water, It will not power up and does not respond to charger. Any suggestions?
Have you tried holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds to see if that boots the phone up?
Since you can't get any response out of it, Take it back to the store you purchased it at with it's Original Box and charger + papers see if they can replace it for you. b33
