I have a Droid Razr Maxx HD. It suddenly stopped sending and receiving pictures at all. I can't find anything in the settings, I need HELP!!!
Ahh! I can't imagine being without text messages that's really the only way I communicate with friends and family. Let's get these text messages flying out. Are other services such as calls and data working? I would start off by toggling airplane mode. If this doesn't lead to positive results please remove and reinsert the SIM. I don't know if your issue is resolved but I have that problem too and using a third party messaging app fixed my problem.

Install to your device or search it on your phone in the Play Store. Like I said, this worked for me, I do not know if it will for you but it is worth a try.
