I thought my phone was stolen and after months later I found it. The problem is that I have forgotten then password to my galaxy s3 and cannot get into it. I don't want to factory reset my phone because I have pictures and other info on the phone that are very valuable to me. Is there any way verizon can unlock my phone or is there a way that I can do it myself? It won't allow me to reset it through gmail... can anyone please help me!
