I have my iPhone 5 that is still under warranty. Well I need my usb cord that came with it replaced. Is this covered? If so can a verizon rep help me get this started because I hate calling or going to store waiting for ages.

Oh my! I know how important it is to have a working charging cord. Let's ensure that we're able to accomplish this. The USB cable has a year warranty towards this particular accessory.
