My RAZR will not load p it stays on the loading red surge for several minutes. I cannot access my phone at all Please help
What happened immediately before the problem showed up? Was it after an app installation? What have you tried to resolve the problem?
Mine did the same thing only it was not plugged in and I am sure the battery was not dead. I tried turning it on and it won't do anything, no light, nothing. I am going to plug it in and charge it over night and hope that helps but I really don't think it will. Never been wet and always in a case and in excellent shape. Can't upgrade until Feb. Phone should last at least the length of contract!
I plugged it in all night last night and nothing this morning.
Have you tried holding the power button for about 15 seconds? If that doesn't work try holding both volume buttons and the power button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
