I REALIZE YOU'RE CLOSED NOW, BUT I WAS TRYING TO SINCE 9:30 TONIGHT! TOMORROW MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT IS FINAL! SORRY TO THE CSA THAT WILL HAVE TO RECEIVE THE BRUNT OF MY ANGER AT VERIZON FOR NOT LETTING ME ASK A QUESTION THIS EVENING!!! IT WASN'T EVEN A MATTER OF BEING BUSY- MY CALL WASN'T EVEN BEING DIRECTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF THIS IS THE WAY LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED, WE DON'T NEED YOU!
