Recently switched from Alltel. My first phones sync'd at activation (Moto Milestone to Samsung Galaxy S-4). My wife went from HTC merge to Samsung Galaxy S-3 it transfered nothing. What to do?

If the contacts weren't set to sync to your wife's Gmail account and saved only on the other phone, the contacts wouldn't have synced with the new one. Pictures would probably have to be manually transferred over.
What else were you trying to sync that didn't?
