I have an I Phone 4S. I have completed my contract and would prefer to go to a prepaid plan. Verizon's prepaid plan is a lot more expensive, so I am looking into other carriers. Since I have paid for my phone, will Verizon unlock it for me? I understand that the 4S does have the capability to use the prepaid networks. Is this correct?
