Can you down load and run apps from an SD card. if so, how?
No, only pictures and music and other storage such a backup etc
You can Certainly move Apps to the SD card if the Apps are Movable you have to go to Apps in your Settings and open the app there if points out that it can be moved to the SD Card it can be move as for using it once it is moved there that depends on the App one of my app called Sensorly is on the SD card on my Razr Maxx and it is working fine.. b33
