when will verizon offer this update
No one knows on this peer to peer customer forum.
Just as soon as Samsung gets the source code, overlays TouchWiz, tweaks it to work on the S4, tests it, passes it on to Verizon's testers, and it is deemed ready to be released. These things don't happen over night you know.
