Text Messaging on Family Plan

I currently have America's Choice Family Plan 700 minutes with no texting. I am considering adding the $5/month for 250 messages. My question is: will both phones share these 250 texts? Or will I have to get two separate plans and have 250 each?

You will have to get a separate text plan for each phone.

Hey est,

when you add a txt bundle to your plan(assuming your # is the primary # on the account, of course),

ALL the numbers on the family share plan will share the bundle of minutes. you do not have to get separate bundles for each line.

remember though that if you have the 250 plan that your txts to verizon wireless people will also be deducted from those.

If you go up by 5bucks though ($10.00 for 500 messages sent/received) you WILL NOT be deducted from bundle limit. basically all your txts to or from any other verizon subscriber would not count against you.

Actually, iPhonelove is correct. It is per line if you do the regular bundles. It would be $5 per line and each line would have the 250 messages.

The other option would be to change your plan to the Select Family share which gives Unlimited to all your lines.
