Simultaneous Voice & Data?

Can the Q10 handle simultaneous voice and data while on 4G LTE?  This has been a feature GSM users enjoy and I recall it from my days on AT&T. I could be talking on the phone, receive an email from that person while I was speaking to him, and download/open the attachment he sent all while on the phone call. Are we there yet with Verizon's 4G LTE?
