OK, let me see if I understand this correctly, I had the new every two and used it a few time but haven't upgraded since 2007 I believe it was.....can I still use the $100 and take that off the price up an upgrade? I know once I use it, it's gone, and it's not going to cover the whole price of a smartphone upgrade I'll need to still pay some money, but is the $100 still available for me since I haven't used it since last time I was elgiable?
