what should i do when my phone goes completely dead and will not re charge?
Have you tried holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for about 30 seconds to see if the phone will re-boot? Have you tried a different charger?
I'v had one of my phones do this in the past put it on the Charger for at least 6 to 12 the batteries can go into a deep discharge cycle sometimes) try this and the other suggestion that was posted as it may be that you need to try a different charger..
