hot spot issue connecting to work ftp

For some reason I can no longer send in my orders into my office using the verizon hotspot option. My IT department says its a FTP issue with verizon. Its happening to all of the reps on verizon network. Using same option on At and T Iphone works perfect.

Hi tennessee9, Let's get those files flying again! Has your company tested the ports to see if there are any current restrictions? The standard FTP port is typically 20 or 21 and in my experience we do not restrict these. Some ports are You can also search the internet  for "open port check tool" to see what ports may be restricted while connected to your Hotspot. We do not restrict any ports for outbound traffic but some inbound port traffic may for network security.
