One day i have great signal at my house the next day its horrible. I can talk and text but can not access the internet:( My husband has the same phone and can do anything...Are my settings wrong??? HELP!!!

Excuse me, but what does WiFi "off" here and...
LTE "on" here mean? Does this apply to ALL iPhone 5 users and what are the two links?
