In talking with customer service today I mentioned that I would want my machine unlocked for my upcoming trip to Germany. She said that it was automatically unlocked. This would mean that I could easily insert another micro-SIM card.
Is this information correct? Or do I have to contact tech support (which is what I did when I previously had an HTC Incredible2)
