No 4g connectivity for new Razr

18 hours ago the local Verizon Wireless store activated a replacement 16GB Razr they sent to replace a dead unit. Somehow they did not connect the new phone to 4G. Calling and wi fi work. Wi fi is turned off and mobile networks on. How do I establish 4G? Thanks.

I'm sorry you're having problems with the 4G network on the replacement unit, DHR44.

There are a couple of settings you can check.

Make sure WiFi is disabled and then http://bit.ly/TPSwh9 enable the data.

Next, enable data roaming http://bit.ly/RWfnU5.

Once that is done, power it off/on and try it again. Let me know what happens.
