Mobile network not available

Recently turned phone off for a day or so and when i turned phone on i had no data/voice connection. Thought no problem, just factory reset phone and remove and reinstall sim cad. after i did that, it came up the same way again, but this time is says restricted access changed and can only make emergency calls

Great job with the troubleshooting! It sounds like the phone SIM card was deactivated. But I would need to take a closer look at the account to make sure everything is set up properly.
