Ringing noise

Hello, when I try to call out or receive a call all I hear is a loud ringing, thanks for any help.

I definitely want you to have a working phone and be able to useit when ever you need it!



No reported issues with this happening with the iPhone 4S. How long has this been going on? After you hear the ringing is the call connected?
