I am having weak signal strength on my Verizon iPhone 5 in Calabasas, CA ZIP 91302. Often I have no service so I miss calls and have no notification if the caller does not leave a voicemail. If a call is connected, the other party cannot hear me. Calls are often dropped.
When I was on AT&T, they had an iPhone app that allowed the reporting of weak signal strengths, yet I cannot find a similar feature neither on Verizon's app or verizonwireless.com.
How can I get Verizon to look into the issue at my location and possibly improve signal quality in the area?
