Let's fix this Mark71564! I apologize this took place. Have you tried powering the device off/on and or removing the batter while the device is on? If unsuccessful, you will need to complete an alternate factory reset by following here http://vz.to/1r32MPE This will erase anything on the device and you can restore anything that was previously backed up.
