Before someone comes in here and asks ridiculously mundane questions, yes I have checked the following:
- Have only used a Samsung provided cord and Samsung charging/media dock
- The phone does not charge with either, my Wife's S4 charges with both
- I've factory restored, does not help
From my previous experiences with the Verizon store in my area, I know that if I go there for support I will be greeted by two very disinterested teenagers that will shrug their shoulders at me and then go back to talking to one another.
I work for an Internet Service Provider and am sent out to other businesses to repair their lines, I CAN NOT be down. This is all but unacceptable on a phone that was supposed to be "top of the line" last year.
Any solutions/resolutions that don't involve the normal scripted run-around would be appreciated.
